Bishopscourt Village is located between Bishopscourt and Fernwood. It is a small suburb consisting of approximately 200 houses and is highly sought after considering its location. The views of the back-side of Table Mountain are unprecedented. It is a quiet area centrally located for transport, Kirstenbosch Gardens, top schools, the City Bowl and the Southern Suburbs. Residential properties in Claremont are hard to come by as residents love the area and seldom come on the market, and when they do occasionally come up, their selling time is generally very fast.
Claremont Upper is a centrally located suburb in high demand because of the top schools in the area an its proximity to the city centre.
