Paternoster has always been special to me. As a young adult, I spent holidays camping in Tietiesbaai, snorkelling for crayfish and abalone, and soaking up the simple magic of this coastline. Those early memories created a bond that never left me, even after spending 20 years living in the UK. Eventually, the pull of home was too strong to ignore, and I chose to return to this beautiful village to make it my home. These days you’ll either find me walking our springer spaniel along the beach, taking a dip in the Atlantic, or enjoying the slower rhythms of seaside living.
