The Top Seller and Highest Turnover awards for the quarter were awarded to Marsha Brand, with Justin Cawood runner-up in the Top Seller category and Beatrix de Waal runner-up in the Highest Turnover category.

Marsha Brand was recognised as the Top Lister for the quarter, with Beatrix de Waal the runner-up.

The Top Marketer award was won by Beatrix de Waal, with Ronél Thiart the runner-up.

The historical building now occupied by NeoYork33, was purchased by Carel and Ronel Swanepoel early in 2019 and has been stylishly renovated and redeveloped as a restaurant, group function venue, photographic studio, yarn boutique and their Neo Trend offices.

Chef François Ferreira and staff Jolene and André assisted in hosting the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty event, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
