A central location in South Africa’s horseracing culture can be found at the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association of South Africa (TBA) Museum. This gem is located in Gosforth Park and was established in 2009. A museum tour will allow visitors to witness the history of horse-racing in the country that are presented through horse-racing artefacts, vintage books, catalogues and race-cards. The highlight of the museum is its cinema, where one can watch expert video productions of the country’s early racing legends.

WITS is 19 minutes away from Germiston and TUKS, 49 minutes away.  Both these colleges offer residents for students who don’t live near campus.
