Residents have exclusive usage of the hotels pool and access to the Backs Restaurant, Pearl Valleys Jack Nicklaus 18-hole Signature golf course, driving range, the Pearl Valley clubhouse with the Valley Restaurant, fully equipped gym, bar and Camelot Spar, an island style pool, tennis courts and paddle courts. Other facilities on the estate include Sel a Vie Restaurant, a Deli and the 100-year-old L’Huguenot Wine Cellar with tasting room and restaurant, a 42 Km Mountain bike trail and a 21 Km running trail.

Owners enjoy 30 days exclusive usage per annum which can be taken in any permutation, for the remainder of the year the unit is part of the rental pool.

Mantis covers all costs including full golf membership during the personnel usage period, levies, water & electricity, Wi-Fi, DSTV, cleaning, maintenance, furniture and appliance replacement. Rates and Taxes are for the owner’s account and a 50% discount is applicable for all bookings outside the personal usage period.
